Aida Beirouti has a PhD in counseling psychology, is a program developer, psychological consultant, the head of training, and a certified relational coach and trainer. She was one of the leaders who established a vision center for awareness and Ithraa. She has worked at Route to Success and Al-Murad for counseling psychology and at Ithraa since 2008. Dr. Aida developed many programs for building relational and communication skills for families and businesses. Programs such as: Relational Advancement, Family Connections, Parenting, Building Identity, Gratitude, Youth Programs, Team Building, Training of Trainers, Developing Relational Coaches and Leaders Competency, Relational Skills for Teachers and Students and Empathy Workshops. She has also presented training in Canada, America, Dubai and Beirut.
